LACEY: Police are enroute to a residence on Constitution reference a domestic dispute. Dispatch believes it could be two male parties, but unsure if the caller is intoxicated or needs a PESS Evaluation (Psychiatric Screening). When dispatch called the line back for additional details, it didn’t go over well. The caller answered the phone, mumbled something for a few moments, and disconnected.
Police are now on scene at the house attempting to make contact with the caller. There are no lights on, and nobody is answering the door. Dispatch notes there may be a second residence at the same address.
